Job Title: Senior Technician – Pneumatics and Electronic Controls 

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician to work with our team in maintaining and troubleshooting pneumatic systems and electronic controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pneumatic systems and electronic controls, along with experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment. The Senior Technician will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all systems, minimizing downtime, and ensuring production goals are met. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including pneumatic systems, electronic controls, and related components. 
  • Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure proper operation and minimize downtime. 
  • Develop preventative maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime. 
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify opportunities for process improvement. 
  • Document all maintenance and repair work performed in accordance with company standards. 
  • Train and mentor junior technicians as required. 
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. 


  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of pneumatic systems and electronic controls. 
  • Strong understanding of pneumatic systems, electronic controls, and related equipment. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions. 
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems and preventative maintenance planning. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as required. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
